摘要
就水体中有机氯农药的分析对比了一滴溶剂萃取(SDE)与固相微萃取(SPME)两种预处理技术,并对影响SDE的因数(萃取溶剂、萃取时间、萃取温度和搅拌速度)进行了条件优化。结果表明,优化后的SDE不仅在相同的浓度范围内有更好的线性关系(相关系数为0.9976~0 9999),且增宽了β 666和P,P′ DDT的线性范围,降低了β 666、γ 666、δ 666和P,P′ DDT的检出限,用SDE GC μECD检测水体中有机氯农药残留方法是简单快速、经济廉价、准确可行。
SDE and SPME as methods of pretreatment in the analysis of organo-chloro-pesticides (OCP) were studied. It was found that under the optimized conditions (i.e. the solvent used, the time and temperature of extraction and the rate of agitation), not only better linearities (r=0.997 6~0.999 9) were obtained in the same concentration ranges by SDE, but also the linearity ranges for β-666 and P,P′-DDT were broadened and the detection limits for β-666,γ-666, δ-666 and P,P′-DDT were lowered; and that, as a result, the use of SDE was proved to be more feasible in the analysis of OCP′s. The hyphenation of SDE-GC-μECD in the analysis of OCP′s showed its advantages of low expenses, high accuracy and easy operation.
