摘要
异丙肾上腺素在pH9.91的伯瑞坦 罗比森缓冲溶液中被MnO-4氧化,导致其荧光强度显著减弱。最大激发及发射波长为278nm和616nm,MnO-4浓度在0.01~0.64mg·L-1范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈良好线性关系。将其用于人发中微量锰的测定,得到满意的结果。
Intensity of the fluorescence emitted by isopremalinum (λ_(ex) 278nm, λ_(em) 616nm) was found diminished remarkably by the presence of microamounts of permanganate ion (MnO^-_4) in a buffer solution of (pH 9.91). The magnitude of the decrease of fluorescence intensity (ΔF) was found to keep a linear relationship with the amount of MnO^-_4 present in the concentration range of 0.01~0.64mg·L^(-1), with a detection limit of 2.9μg·L^(-1). It was found that in the analysis of hair samples of healthy adults, the manganese contents were in the range of 1.10~6.60μg·g^(-1), and the recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range 97.4%~104.2%, and the RSD′s obtained were in the range 1.9%~2.6%.
