城市空间结构演变的时间序列分析——兼论知识经济条件下的发展趋势

An analysis of the temporal order in the evolution of urban spatial structure

以物质、空间、时间"三位一体"的辩证唯物主义观点为纲,按照城市空间结构演变的时间序列进行探讨.在总结农业经济和工业经济社会中城市的资源结构、产业结构和空间结构演变特征的基础上,重点分析了城市空间结构演变的基本规律:主要的生产要素从土地→资本→知识逐步转变;城市的空间结构将实现由要素推动阶段→投资推动阶段→创新推动阶段的演变.进而在时空的架框下系统分析,推证了在知识经济条件下城市空间结构将出现由紧凑型向松散型转化,各种经济实体呈现大分散、小集中、多样化、多中心布局的演变趋势.最后提出了在知识经济条件下优化城市空间结构的诸多对策和建议.

This paper discusses the urban spatial structure in line with the change of temporal order. Based on the summary of resource structure, industry structure and spatial structure in agricultural economy and industrial economy, it stresses analyzing the basic rule of urban spatial structure:a gradual change of main productive factors from the land through the capital to knowledge. Moreover,it is proved that the changing trend of urban spatial structure follows the pattern from concentration to dispersion with different kinds of economic entities, etc. Finally, some countermeasures for improving the urban spatial structure have been advanced.
