摘要
本文用原位聚合法制备了环氧树脂固化促进剂的微胶囊,并在环氧胶带中使用。将非水溶性2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(EMI)预反应物在水中分散,然后使三聚氰胺-甲醛预聚物在其表面原位聚合制取微胶囊,测定了EMI预反应物在微胶囊中的含量及其与制备过程中EMI与MF预聚物用量的关系。将此胶囊用于环氧胶带的制备,所得胶带储存性能和外观良好,且微胶囊对胶带固化有较好促进作用。
In this paper, the microcapsules with the melamine-formaldehyde (MF) resin as wall materials and the prereaction products of 2-ethyl-4-methyl-imidazole (EMI) as core materials were prepared by in situ-polymerization and were applied in the preparation of epoxy adhesive tapes as accelerators. The prereaction products from the reaction of EMI and butyl glycidol ether were emulsionally dispersed in water. The in situ-polymerization of MF prepolymer was carried out on the surface of the emulsion particies and then the microcapsules were made. After this, the contents of EMI prereaction products in the capsules and their relation to the amount of MF prepolymer were determined. The epoxy adhesive tapes containing the capsules were good in appearance and had a long shelf-life. The capsules had a relatively good effect of acceleration.
