临南油田油水井套损分析及防治对策

Casing Damages and Preventions in the Linnan Oilfield

临南油田日趋严重的套损状况,严重破坏了油田的注采平衡关系,制约着油田注采结构的进一步调整,影响了油田的开发效益。分析了临南油田油水井套损的6种主要类型,介绍了套管损坏在开发时间、生产区块、井别、构造位置及井深剖面上的分布规律,论述了套管腐蚀穿孔和变形损坏的主要作用机理,提出了"预防为主,防治结合"的总方针,总结了近年来临南油田在预防和治理套损井方面的主要对策。

The progressively deterioration of casing damages in the Linnan Oilfield not only destroy seriously the injection-production balance but also restrict further adjustment of injection-production structure, which decreases the production benefits to great degree. This paper analyzes six main types of casing damages, states the major casing damage mechanisms of casing erosion and deformation, proposes the general strategy of giving first priority to prevention based on proper treatments, and sums up the main countermeasures taken in the past few years.
