乙型肝炎血清标志物、前S抗原与病毒载量的关系及意义

Comparison and clinical significance of detections of three hepatitis B markers

目的研究乙肝检测的血清标志物、病毒前S1抗原和HBV-DNA检测的关系和运用价值。方法对1163例乙肝患者血清分别进行乙肝病毒标志物(HBVM)、前S1抗原和HBV-DNA水平的测定,并对结果进行比较。结果HBV-DNA总检出率为62.9%,显著高于前S1抗原总检出率(53.0%),显著高于HBeAg(35.3%)。患者血中HBeAg、HBV-DNA、前S1抗原在总检出率上有关联,但在载量水平上三者不一定平行。结论乙肝病毒标志物(HBVM)、前S1抗原、PCR荧光定量技术在判断乙肝的复制和传染性中各有优势,要综合多方面的结果,方可作出确切的判断和治疗。

Objective To compare the detection and clinical significance of three indexes of hepatitis B virus-HBV M, PreS1 antigen and HBV-DNA. Methods 1163 samples from the patients with HBV were tested for the presence of serum markers, PreS1 and HBV-DNA, and their results were analysed. Results The positive rate of HBV-DNA was 62.9%. It was showed significantly higher than those of PreS1 antigen(53.0%) and HBeAg(35.3%) respectively. There were correlations among the total detection rates of HBeAg, PreS1 antigen and HBV-DNA, but there were no correlations among the quantities of HBeAg, PreS1 antigen and HBV-DNA. Conclusion HBV M, PreS1 antigen and HBV-DNA can respectively serve the valuable marker of hepatitis B virus replication and infection.
