摘要
在实验室和工业装置试制成功的基础上,对1万t/a过氧化尿素工业化装置的设计进行了初步探讨,采用尿素与过氧化氢合成过氧化尿素,介绍了工艺控制条件、反应过程、物料衡算参数,确定了主要设备、平面布置和工艺流程。
Based on the successfully trial production in laboratory and industrial plant, preliminary discussion was made for the design of industrialized unit of overoxidized urea with a capacity of 10 000 t/a, the overoxidized urea was synthesized by urea with overoxidized hydrogen, the process control conditions, reaction process and parameters of material balance calculation were introduced, main equipment, plot plan and process flow were determined.
