摘要
介绍了尿素装置解吸系统的工艺流程,对生产运行中出现水解器超压、预热器列管泄漏、解吸塔液泛等问题的原因进行了分析,提出了改造措施,对改造前后运行效果进行了对比,结果表明,改造后系统运行稳定,工艺废液达标,可全部回收利用。
The process flow in the adsorption system of urea plant was introduced, the cause was analyzed for the problems of overpressure of hydrolyser, leakage of preheater tube and liquid flood of adsorber and so on existed in the operation, reformation measures were proposed, comparison was made for the operating effect before & after reformation, result indicates, that the system is running stably after reformation, waste liquid quantity is meeting standard requirement, and can be fully recovered and utilized.
