本文通过对减速顶壳体衬套的受力分析 ,阐述衬套在减速顶技术运用中所起到的重要作用 ,结合杭州艮山门站对多种衬套材料所进行的寿命实验情况 ,对多种衬套的耐磨、抗冲击性能及经济性加以比较 ,找出理想的衬套材料 ,对钢背铜套这种新材料及其应用作以简介。

This paper expounds the important role of bush in application of retarder technology through analyzing the stress of pot bush of retarder.Comparing the wear resistance,shock resistance,and economy for many kinds of bush materials,it finds out the ideal wear resistance materials in combination with the length of life test for many kinds of bush materials in Gengshanmen marshalling station and makes brief introduction for the kind of new material and its application of the steel backing copper bush.
