摘要
微热光电(MPTV)系统是一种新型微动力机电系统。通过试验研究,分析阐述了不同氢氧混合气流量、氢氧混合比等因素对MTPV燃烧器内的燃烧状况、管壁以及出口端面的温度分布的影响。试验证明,氢氧混合气在微型燃烧器内易实现稳定燃烧。当流量为2.167×10-5m3/s、混合比为2:1时,微型燃烧器的壁面温度可以达到1 300K左右。
Micro-thermphotoelectricity(MPTV) system is a new type of micro-power mechanical-electrical system. This article analysis and expounds the infections of the factors that the different quantity of airflow of admixture of hydrogen and oxygen to the combustion status, the distributing of temperature of the wall of tube and the exit in the MPTV combustion. The experiment proves that the admixture of hydrogen and oxygen is easily burning steadily in the micro-combustion. The temperature of the wall of the micro-combustion may attain 1 300 K when the flux is 2.167×10-5 m3/s and the ratio of mixture is 2: 1.
