摘要
测定了6个不同抗性番茄品种接种ToMV两周后POD、PPO和PAL活性,以及POD同工酶酶谱的变化。结果表明:抗、感病品种接种ToMV后POD、PPO和PAL活性均比相应未接种株高,而且POD、PPO和PAL的酶活增长率与抗病性成负相关;感病品种接种株的POD同工酶谱带数都比相应未接种株多出2条酶带,而抗病品种只增加了1条酶带。
Two weeks after inoculation with ToMV, the activities of POD, PPO and PAL, and changes in peroxidase isozyme patterns in six varieties of tomato with different levels of resistance were analyzed. The result show that the levels of POD, PPO and PAL activity in inoculated plants were higher than that in noninoculated ones, that the more susceptible the variety, the more its changes in inoculated plants. There were two new isozyme bands appeared in susceptible variety, and only one new isozyme band appeared in resistant variety.
