葡萄开放式组织培养外植体系的建立

Establishment of Grape Explant in Open Tissue Culture

为了在开放组培条件下获得葡萄高效外植体系,对抑生素的使用浓度、浸泡时间和培养浓度进行了大量比较试验。试验结果表明:抑生素浸泡浓度为4%,浸泡时间为6h,培养浓度为0.2%时,葡萄外植体的成功率能够达到95%以上,所获外植体分化正常。

To obtain high efficient grape explant system in open-tissue-culture,a lot of compared experiments were made on plantiotics concentration ,soaked time and concentration in medium. Experimental results showed that soaked in 4%for 6h and inserted in 0.2% medium, the succeed percentage of grape explant could arrived 95 % above, and the differentiation was normal.
