摘要 用γ射线辐射五叶地锦已解除休眠的湿种子,对辐射后的种子发芽、幼苗早期发育、M1植株生长、形态变异等进行了观测。结果表明,五叶地锦种子发芽和幼苗早期发育受到中等程度抑制的辐射剂量是40~50Gy,M1植株生长受到中等抑制的剂量是40Gy左右。推荐对种子进行γ射线辐射的剂量为30~40Gy。M1植株的形态变异不大,通过γ辐射诱发五叶地锦形态变异的频率较低。 The seeds of Parthenocissus quinquefolia, which had been cold stratified, were irradiated with 60Co-γ ray. The seed germination, the early stage growth of seedling, the growth of M1 plants and morphological variation were observed. The results suggest that irradiation dose for seed germination and early stage growth of seedling were restrained mid-extent was 40~50Gy. The irradiation dose for the growth of M1 plants was 40Gy and so on. The suggested irradiation dose for seeds of Parthenocissus quinquefolia is 30~40Gy. The morphological variation of M1 plants is not significant. It can be concluded that the morphological variation frequency of M1 plants of Parthenocissus quinquefolia induced by Co60-γis low.
