摘要
在多点、多年、系统调查研究基础上,得出农作物生物灾害是超过水旱灾的第一大农业自然灾害,并具有常发性、暴发性、迁飞性和隐蔽性等特点,分析了农作物生物灾害发生的原因,提出了“机制+投入+综合控防”的对策措施。
On the basis of multi-site and many years of systematic survey and research, to summarize that crops biological damage are serious loss than flood and drought and etc, and summarize the characteristics such as commonly occurred, outbreak damage. It also analyzes their occurrence causes and puts forward the counter measures of the establishment of new type biological damage management mechanism, the increase of in put and the implement of integrated control and prevention.
