广东省荔枝生产发展现状分析

广东省是中国荔枝栽培面积最大、产量最高的省份,而荔枝又具有很高的营养价值和药用价值,因而广东荔枝生产发展迅速;荔枝生产一方面要大力开展鲜荔枝的保鲜销售和市场开拓工作,同时也要推动多渠道荔枝加工业的发展,开发出高科技含量的系列荔枝加工产品,增加经济和社会效益;最后,针对广东荔枝生产和保鲜、销售及加工业发展所存在的一些问题,提出相应的对策。这将为推动广东荔枝产业的高速发展奠定理论基础,并对生产实践起到一定的指导作用。

Guangdong is a province where litchi is cultivated at the largest area and the highest yield, moreover the litchi has rich nourishment and great value on making medicine, therefore litchi industry develops quickly in Guangdong. Involved in the development of litchi industry, a way is to have the fresh litchi on sale freshly, as well as paves the way for it's marketing. At the same time, it is necessary to push the litchi processing industry forward through multiple channels and attain series of high-technique processing products of litchi, which will enhance the economic and social benefit of litchi production. Finally, according to the problems during the litchi production, fresh-keeping, marketing and processing in Guangdong, some countermeasures were discussed. Generally, these all will not only lay the theory foundation to speed up the development of litchi industry in Guangdong, but play a certain guiding role in the producing practice.
