摘要
选用新疆、青海矿油馏分油与聚α-烯烃合成油组分及一定比例的降凝剂作为基础油,复配含有抗氧剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、清净分散剂等的命名为LAN-3002复合添加剂,调制的“液压-传动-刹车”通用油质量稳定,其各项性能与迪尔公司J20A油相当,台架及使用试验证明该油能满足带湿式离合器和制动器的大中马力拖拉机、工程机械和重型车辆的使用要求。
Having chosen Xinjing intermediate-base distillate oil,Qiughai paraffin-base distillate oil and poly-α-alkene synthetic oil component as well as depressant for certain ratio as base oils, mixed with compound agent LAN-3002 containing anti-oxidant, antiwear agent, friction modifier and detergent dispersing agent, the all-purpose oil for'hydraulic,transmission and brake'of stable quality has been prepared.Its properties correspond to DIER's J20A oil. Tests of rig and application showed that it can meet the requirements of heavy and medium horsepower tractors, engineering mechanism and heavy-duty automobile, with wet-type clutch and brake.
