金属的加工,采用使被加工金属的塑性变形来代替切割,可增加加工效率和被加工件的强度。为了防止金属冷成型过程发中发生烧结,广泛采用磷酸盐覆盖(或称磷化)的方法。但磷酸盐覆盖工艺耗时多,而且需大量设备。本文披露了省略磷酸盐覆盖的挤压丝扣润滑剂的研制和使用效果。
The application of plastic deformation instead of cutting is capable of increasing efficiency and strength of the pieces worked in metal-working. To prevent welding in the cold forming of metal, phosphate coating is widely used. But the phosphate coating is costly on time and equipments. A study on the thread-extruding lubricant which leaves out phosphate coating and its application were presented:
