摘要
通过红外光谱仪、质谱仪、核磁共振仪、能谱仪及MM-200摩擦磨损试验机、四球机等技术手段,分析了二烷基二硫代磷酸锌热分解产物组成及其抗磨机理。试验结果表明:二烷基二硫代磷酸锌经高温分解后,其产物组成主要是磷酸盐和烷基硫化物的混合物。在低负荷条件下,磷酸盐与金属表面作用,起抗磨作用,而在高负荷条件下,烷基硫化物与金属表面作用形成FeS、或FeS-FeO-Fe三元共熔体,起极压作用。
The thermal degradation and antiwear mechanism of ZDDP are detailed by means of IR, MS, NMR, EDAX, friction and wear testers of MM-200 and MQ-800 four ball. The results show that ZDDP degraded at high temperature changed mainly into a mixture of phosphate zinc and alkyl sulphides. At low load, phosphate zinc acts as antiwear-friction on the metal surface. At high load, FeS-FeO-Fe ternary eutectic or FeS acts as antiwear-friction by alkyl sulphides.
