摘要
叙述了以临商原油生产的150ZN、600ZN、900ZN中性油为基础油,成功地研制了L-DAB空气压缩机油。并考察了不同添加剂对老化特性、抗乳化性的影响。通过最佳配方的分析评定,其性能全部达到GB12691—90标准要求,并通过了压缩机台架试验。
Using 150ZN,600ZN and 900ZN neutral oils from Linshang crude·oil as base oil, L-DAB air compressor oil has been successfully formulated. And the effects of different additives on ageing characteristic and antiemulsion property were studied. Its all properties met the requirements of GB12691-90 standard according to the analysis evaluation of the optimum formulation, and it has passed the bench lest of compressor.
