房地产营销的管理是对未来的管理,这是可持续发展行业经营技术上的特征和要求 就未来的发展趋势论述了当前我国房地产行业的内在战略性问题。
The management of real estate marketing is the management of the future. It is the feature and requirement of management skills in the fields with development potentials. The two big issues in China's real estate are discussed in terms of the future development trend. Some suggestions are also listed for the real estate investment firms' plan making.
