摘要
从学校体育教学的角度来探讨体育游戏的内含、健身和增强学生体质的作用,提出游戏的分类、创编原则和组织教法的要求。
Enhancing students' physical fitness is an important task in the teaching of physical education. From the angle of school P.E. teaching, this article discusses the intension of sports games and their function of increasing health and fitness and brings forward the principle of classifying and creating the games as well as the requirements on their organizing and teaching methods.
