顶空气相色谱法测定地表水中吡啶

Determination of Pyridine in Surface Water by Head-Space Gas Chromatography

采用顶空进样、毛细管柱HP -INNOWAX分离、GC -FID测定地表水中吡啶。水样顶空时通过加碳酸钠盐大幅度降低了检出限 ,最低检出浓度达到 0 0 2mg/L。本法加标回收率为 96 5 %～ 10 1% ,变异系数为 7 8%～ 9 8%。

Pyridine in surface water was separated by HP-INNOWAX capillary column,and was determined by GC-FID with head-space sampling.Detection limit was reduced substantially by adding sodium carbonate when head-space sampling.The minimum detection limit of this method has reached 0.02mg/L.The recovery of added standard of the method is between 96.5%～101%.The variable coefficient of the method is between 7.8%～9.8%.
