介绍了日本在重化工业发展时期,利用有效的融资方式和合理的政策导向,如主银行体制、法人股 东为中心的公司治理结构等,刺激了经济发展的成功经验,指出了中国企业融资方式存在的主要 问题,提出了中国企业融资方式的几点建议。
During its heavy chemical industry period,Japan took advantage of an effective financing system and a positive policy orientation such as main bank regime and governance structure based on legal person shareholders,through which had got a great success in economy. With a quite similar economic background to Japan,China may learn a lot from that.
