摘要
指出了当前高职高专院校"双师型"师资队伍建设中存在的问题,并从拓宽来源渠道、改善学历结 构、建立激励机制、完善外聘教师制度、健全校企合作办学体制五个方面提出了高职高专"双师 型"师资队伍建设的具体策略。
After explaining the meaning of'double qualifications', this paper analyses the existing problems in building up a contingent teaching staff with'double qualifications 'from five aspects as improving the record of education structure and building up inspiration system,etc.. And in the end,it puts forward some countermeasures.
