“Prisoner Antinomy”: The Rationality of Morals and the Moral Education of the People

摘要 通过对决策理论中“囚徒悖论”问题的考查 ,找出道德合理性的必要条件和充分条件 ,并在此基础上进一步证明 ,除了法制和制度性建设外 ,我们同时也需要进行内容合理的、有效的道德教育 ,以提高全体国民的道德素养。反过来 ,全体国民的道德素养也会为道德观念的合理性创造条件、奠定基础。 From the perspective of “prisoner antinomy' in the policy-making theory, the author discusses the basic and necessary conditions for the rationality of morals and points out that besides the improvement of our legal and institutional systems we should implement rational and effective moral education to improve the moral quality of all the people, which in turn will help provide good conditions and foundations for the rationality of moral conception.
