摘要
本文阐明了选择易切削高韧性塑料模具钢——5NiSCa,作为橡胶模具钢的必要性。介绍了该钢种在预硬态(HRC30～42),易于切削加工,热处理工艺简便,抛光性能好,还可以氮化处理,比45号钢模具寿命提高2～3倍,是一种有发展前途的型腔模具钢。
This paper expounds the necessity of selecting free-cutting andhigh toughuess die steel(5NiSCa) as die steel for rubber, and introduces the steelwhich has such advantages as easily cutting and working at prehardening(HRC30-42), simple and convenient technology of heat treatment, good polish performance,to be able to make nitrogen treatment, and service life increasing by a factor of3 or 4 than 45~# steel die.
