居民收入差距扩大趋势分析

Enlarging Trend of the People's Income Gap

改革开放以来,在居民收入普遍增长的同时,社会收入差距呈现扩大趋势:一是城乡之间居民收入差距由缩小到重新扩大;二是地区之间居民收入差距进一步扩大;三是行业之间职工收入差距扩大;四是按国际通行标准看,收入差距呈扩大趋势。这一现象既有合理的方面,也有不合理的因素,必须全面分析和正确判断。为完善社会主义市场经济体制,必须加大收入分配调节力度,推进收入分配制度改革。

The people's income have generally increased since the reform and open-door policy.In the mean- while,the social income gap tends to enlarge.Firstly,the income gap between the urban and rural area is enlarging again.Secondly,the income gap between different areas is continually enlarging.Thirdly,the income gap between different sorts of life is enlarging.Lastly,the income gap is enlarging according to the international criterion.This phenomenon has both fair and unfair effects.So we must analyze it fully and judge it correctly.For the sake of im- proving the socialist marketing economic body system,we must adjust the income distribution mere firmly,and push the reform of the distribution system.
