掺Pr^(3+)碲酸盐玻璃的红外及上转换发光

摘要 根据掺Pr3+碲酸盐玻璃在980 nm附近的吸收谱及1.31μm和可见光区间内的荧光发射谱,硎究了玻璃样品光谱特性随稀土离子浓度变化的规律及其上转换发光.结果表明:在Yb3+离子浓度不变的情况下,1.31μm处的发光随着Pr3+离子浓度的增加,其强度先增加而后减小,并在浓度为0.15 mol%时达到最大值,同时根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算了稀土离子的光辐射特性. The optical spectroscopic properties of Pr3+ doped tellurite glasses were investigated according to the absorption spectra around 980 nm and the emission spectra. It was found that the fluorescent intensities around 1.31 μm increase and then decrease with the increase of Pr3+ ion concentration, and the maximum value occurs at 0.15 mol% in the case of fixed Yb3+ ion concentration. The radiative properties of the transitions were also calculated by Judd-Ofelt theory.
