输尿管镜下气压弹道碎输尿管结石122例临床分析

Treatment of 122 Cases of Ureteral Calculi with the Use of Storz Ureterscope and Pneumatic Lithotripsy

目的 :探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法 :对 12 2例输尿管结石行经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石。结果 :一次碎石成功率 87.7% ( 10 7/12 2 ) ,上移至肾盂 5例 ,输尿管穿孔 4例 ,插镜失败 6例。结论 :输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术疗效确切 ,安全性高 。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of pneumatic lithotripsy in endoscopic lithotripsy of ureteral calculi.Methods:One hundred and twenty-two ureteral calculi were treated by ureteroscope with pneumatic lithotripsy.Results:The overall successful stone fragmentation rate ureterat calculi was 87.7%(107/122).5 cases of stone migration,4 ureteralperforatoin and 6 cases failed to insert the ureteroscope.Conclusions:Pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope is safe,effective and minimally invasive.
