FOLFOX7方案治疗晚期大肠癌37例疗效观察

Clinical Study of 5-Fu CF and L-OHP for Advanced Colorectal Cancer

目的 :观察FOLFOX7方案治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 :对 3 7例晚期大肠癌患者 ,用草酸铂 (L -OHP) 13 0mg/m2 ,静脉滴注 2～ 3小时 ;亚叶酸钙 (CF) 2 0 0mg/m2 ,静脉滴注 2小时 ;氟尿嘧啶 ( 5 -Fu) 40 0mg/m2 在CF滴完后静推 ,其后再予 5 -Fu 2 .4～ 3g/m2 深静脉连续滴注 48小时 ,2周重复一次 ,两次为一疗程 ,治疗 2疗程后评价疗效。结果 :3 7例中CR 4例 ,PR 14例 ,SD 13例 ,PD 5例 ,总有效率 (CR +PR)为 48.6%。主要毒副作用是感觉神经毒性。结论 :FOLFOX7方案治疗晚期大肠癌效果良好 ,不良反应能耐受 。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of L-OHP plus 5-Fu/CF combination in advanced colorectal cancer(ACRC).Methods:Thirty-seven patients with advanced colorectal cancer were treated with L-OHP plus 5-Fu/CF.L-OHP 130mg/m 2 iv infusion for two～three hours,combined with CF 200mg/m 2 in infusion for two hours,followed by 5-Fu 0.4g/m 2 iv after the ending of CF,the last 5-Fu 2.4～3.0g/m 2 continuous intravenous infusion for 48 hours.Repeated the regimen every two weeks.The effect was evaluated after two regimens.Results:Among the total 37 cases,4 were CR,PR 14,SD 13,PD 4.The total rate of effectiveness was 48.6%. The major side effects were neurotoxicity.Conclusions:This regimen is effective and tolerated on advanced colorectal cancer.
