摘要
维生素是维持人体正常生理功能所必需的营养物质,人体依赖于食物提供足够的维生素。因各种强化食物不断出现,故需要建立快速准确的分析方法。对V_(B1)、V_(B2)的测定除生物法外,较多的采用荧光分析法。高效液相色谱分析V_(B1)和V_(B2)近年来报道较多,其中不少使用了流动相中含有烷基磺酸盐的反相离子对色谱。对食物中V_(B1)、V_(B2)的提取多采用稀盐酸,本文用5%的三氯乙酸为提取剂,以含有正丁胺的甲醇和水为流动相,同时测定强化奶粉中的V_(B1)、V_(B2)方法简便、快速,重现性好。
A reversed-phase HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of VB1, VB2 in fortified milk powder. VB1 and VB2 were extracted with 5% CCl3COOH. The column was eluted with 35 : 65 of methanol and water solution (containing 0.015 mol/L BuNH2, pH=4) at 1.5 ml/min as mobile phase. The fractions were monitored by UV 254nm. The average recoveries of VB1 and VB2 were 84.7% and 91.8% respectively. The method is simple and rapid. The results are comparable with those from AOAC method.
