摘要
D(—)对羟苯基甘氨酸为人工合成氨基酸,它是半合成青霉素和头孢菌素的重要原料,用假单孢菌(pseudomonas)SP2262的胞内酶,将DL-5-对羟苯基乙内酰脲经一次拆分、消解,转化为D(—)对羟苯基甘氨酸。反应只需20h,收率95%,产品含量在95%以上。应用反相高压液相色谱法(紫外检测),可测定反应底物和产品。该色谱系统测定D(—)对羟苯甘氨酸的灵敏度2806.36mV·ml·mg^(-1),检测限1.6×10^(-8)g·ml^(-1)。
This paper presents the analytical method of D ( -) p -hydroxyphenyl glycine produced with enzyme. The products from the enzyme reaction were analyzed by HPLC with the recoveries of 95% and the errors of 5%. It is shown that this method is sensitive.fast and reliable.
