摘要
痕量分析及气相色谱与液相色谱联用技术中进样量常达数百微升以上,大量溶剂的进入对多数气相色谱检测器的维护不利,即使是最通用的氢火焰检测器(FID)也因燃烧不完全造成污染等问题。
A solvent venting system specially designed for capillary GC is described. By using improved connection technique and constant pressure control, the system virtually has no dead volume effect, no obvious baseline disturbance on FID and Hall conductivity detector (HECD) during operation, and does not affect retention parameter. No metal surface is present in the flow path. The control parts are all located outside the chromatograph oven. The system is reliable, easy to build and versatile in operation. Demonstration in connection with FID and HECD is showed.
