众所周知,采用电泳法对蛋白质的纯化组分作纯度分析既费时又费力,而采用高效液相色谱法较为方便。现将我们采用(HP 1090M)商效液相色谱仪,对我校研究的K-银环蛇毒素进行的纯度分析作一简要介绍。

The use of the HP 1090M high performance liquid chromatograph with diode array detector to analyze the purity of sample is quicker, more sensitive and the sample size is also less than that of the routine method of dectrophoresis, especially good for the analysis of the purity of the chromatographic fractions of protein. The method is to select proper chromatographic conditions and separate the components of the sample. The judge of its purity is based on the automatic comparisons of its spectrum or multi-wavelength chromatographic signals and its three dimensional peak graph.
