Study on the Direct Determination of Naphthylacetic Acid and Phenoxyacetic Acids Pesticides by Gas Chromatography (GC)

萘乙酸是一种植物生长调节剂,用于谷类作物增产显著,对果树、棉花、茄类蔬菜等多种作物都有一定的使用效果。苯氧乙酸类农药用途也很广,不但可作植物生长调节剂,还可用作除草剂。对酸类农药的含量分析,以往多采用酸碱滴定法,该法既不能排除杂质的干扰,也不能区别产品的真伪。使用气相色谱法可避免上述缺点,但有关方法离不开衍生处理步骤。不少衍生试剂有毒;衍生操作较复杂。

This paper describes a method of the direct analysis of naphthylacetic acid and three phenoxy-acetic acids(PCPA ,2,4-D,MCPA ) by GC. This procedure was performed with a column packed with 5% neopentyl glycol adipate+1% H3PO4/Chromosorb G AW DMCS, hydrogen carrier gas and FID. In the range of 2. 5 to 20. 0mg/ml pesticide concentrations, calibration curves were linear. It has been applied for the quantitative analysis of related pesticide formulation samples.
