摘要
在反相液相色谱保留值基本方程logk′=a+c·C_B的基础上,本文建立了用于预测反相液相色谱保留值的双柱双参数的方法,此方法通过建立标准的a、c双参数库,利用双柱之间的a-a线性关系来预测各类样品的保留值。文中给出了芳香类化合物保留值的预测实例。
Based on the fundamental retention equation lcgk' = a + cCB in RP-HPLC,this paper proposed a retention prediction method by using two parameters a and c . Parameter c which describes the interaction between solute and the eluent is a constant for a particular solute even when column systems with different C18 packing materials are used. A Linear a-a plots on column pairs have been utilized and discussed to predict the retention for various kinds of aromatic compounds in RP-HPLC.
