Preparation and Characterization of L- Proline Bonded Phase

采用气相色谱技术可用下述两种方法实现氨基酸对映体的拆分:一种是用手性试剂与样品反应生成非对映体后,在普通色谱柱上实现拆分,其缺点是:衍生反应费时,需要昂贵的手性试剂,衍生过程中还可能产生消旋化,影响测定结果;另一种是在手性固定相上实现拆分。

This paper describes a simple method for the preparation of L- proline stationary phase bonded to silica gel and its characterization by IR spectrometry,elemental analysis and nitrogen adsorption method at low tempetature. The enantiomeric resolutions of 3-( 2-pyridyl )-3-aminopropionic acid and 2, 3 -diamino-butanoic acid on the bonded phase were carried out and the effects of temperature on the resolution were discussed.
