用气相色谱法同时测定石油苯的结晶点、密度、沸程及纯度

Simultaneous Determination of Crystallization Point. Density. Boiling Range and Purity of Petroleum Benzene by Gas Chromatography

石油苯结晶点、密度、沸程是重要的产品指标,可分别采用冷却下降法、密度计测定法和蒸馏法加以测定,但操作复杂。我用色谱法分离了石油苯的组成,通过谱图计算含量,利用关联公式求出结晶点、密度、沸程和纯度。该方法简单、准确,尤其适用于工作量大的生产分析,也满足了化工对苯纯度的分析要求。

This paper discusses the conditions of analysis of petroleum benzene by gas chromatography and the method of data processing. It puts forward an interrelated formula between the contents of various composition and crystallization point, density, boilingrange, and purity. It discusses the determination of the various constants in the formula. Data prove that this method completely satisfies the required precision of the national standard methods and its operation is simple and practice. This method is worth for wide application.
