摘要
抗癌药醋酸两面针在临床早有应用。近来发现醋酸两面针在碱性溶液中会吸收空气中的氧,变成氧化两面针,报道了氧化两面针的晶体结构,并阐明氧化两面针在酸性溶液中不能形成醋酸两面针。但至今未见国内外用高效液相色谱方法来研究醋酸两面针的报道。我们用高效液相色谱详细研究了在温和条件下醋酸两面针变成氧化两面针的情况,对阐明两面针的抗癌作用机理具有一定意义。
The acetoxy-nitidine was dissolved in water and the solution was titrated gradually with dilute KOH solution and blown with air. The acetoxy-nitidine content was measured by HPLC using a ZORBAX BP ODS 7μ 4. 6mm × 150mm column, a mixture of methanol and 0.01mol/L phosphoric acid at pH = 2. 37(87/13,V/V) as the mobile phase and UV detection at 254nm. It has been found that acetoxy-nitidine rapidly changed into oxynitidine at pH=7. 40.
