高效液相色谱法测定食用豆芽中激素物质的含量

Determination of Hormones in Bean Sprouts by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

在豆类加工成豆芽时,为使长出的豆芽无根、粗壮,往往在水中加入内源激素类药物,如赤霉素(GA_3)和6-苄基腺嘌呤(BA)。测定植物激素方法很多,自七十年代初高效液相色谱(HPLC)用于植物激素的分离以来,已成为目前最常用的方法之一。

The internal hormones. (DA3, BA ) in bean sprouts are separated by extraction with organic solvent and purified by PT C18cartridge. The filtrate was evaporated to dryness under vacuum at 40℃ (Rotavapor) ,and made up to 10ml with mobile phase which was CH3OH : 0.01mol/L H3PO4(pH 2. 37) =17 : 83 (V/V) . The column was uBondapak C18. Detection wavelength was 210nm. The quantitative analysis was performed by the external standar dization method.
