摘要
砷是对人体有害的元素之一,对它的分析是环境监测中经常遇到的问题。原子吸收光谱法、电感偶合等离子体发射光谱法是测定砷的两种常用方法。
Determination of arsenate by single-column ion chromatography with p -hydroxybenzoic acid as eluent is described in this paper. The influence of eluent pH and concentration on retention time of AsO43-,PO43-, Cl- , NO3- and SO42- has been investigated. Variation of retention time for AsO43- and PO43- versus eluent pH is different from those for Cl-,NO3- and SO42-. This is explained by variation of apparent charge for ions and variation of eluent pH. The optimum eluent pH and concentration were 7. 0 and 1. 0 mmol/L, respectively. The detection limits for AsO43- was 1. 02 jig/ml. The relative standard deviation was 2. 85%. The calibration plot was linear in the range of 1. 02-120ug/ml. The method has been applied to analyze drinking water spiked with AsO43-. The recovery of AsO43- was 96.16%.
