无机硫阴离子的测定有碘量法,分光光度法和离子色谱法,但前两者操作繁琐、准确度低,后者因流动相通常具有较强的酸碱度或盐浓度,对色谱系统有腐蚀问题,也影响到柱效、柱寿命、测定重现性和应用范围等。

A method for the determination of inorganic sulfur anions was developed by ion-pair reversed-phase HPLC with amperometric detection. The optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation and determination of (NH2)2CS, SO32- , S2O32- have been obtained. This is a fast, sensitive and highly selective method with wide linearity.
