贵阳石菖蒲精油化学成分研究

Study on Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil of Aeons Gramineie Soland of Guiyang

本文采用毛细管气相色谱，ＧＣ／ＭＳ对贵阳石菖蒲精油进行了研究，共分离鉴定出３９个组分，占总含量的９０．８％，对其中４个化合中物又做了分离制备，用ＦＴＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ和ＭＳ鉴定为２，２，３，５－四甲基－苯并吡喃－４－酮，白菖酮，２－异丙烯基－８－１０－二甲基－双环（４．４．０）癸酮－１和β－细辛醚。

The chemical constituents of the essential oil of Acorus gramineus soland of Guiyang of China have been analyzed by capillary gas chromatography (GC) and GC -mass spectrography (MS). Forty-three peaks were separated, of which 39 components,constituting 90. 8% of the total peak area wereidentified by GC-MS. Among them 4 compoundsChroman-1 -one ,2,2,3, 5-tetramethyI, Shyobunone, Bicyclo [4. 4-0] deca-1-one, 2-isopropenyl-8, 10-dimethyl and β -A sarone were also isolated and identified by means of Feurier-transform infrared spectroscopy ,1H nuclear magnetic resonance and MS.
