摘要 山荷叶(Diphylleia sinensis Li)系小蘖科山荷叶属植物,其根茎民间主要用于痈疖肿毒、跌打、蛇咬伤等。药理实验证明其主要成分鬼臼、毒素类木脂素具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抑制细胞中期有丝分裂等活性。 A simple, sensitive and accurate RP-HPLC method for separation and determination of eight lignans, i. e. 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin (1), picropodophyllin ( 2 ) , podophyllotoxin ( 3 ), picropodophyllone ( 4 ), podophyllotoxone ( 5 ) , deoxypodophyllotoxin ( 6 ), diphyllin ( 7 ), dehydropodophyllotoxin (8) is described- A solvent system, CH3OH : CH3CN : H2O : H3PO4 = 33 : 8 : 54: 0. 01, was used as mobile phase. The peaks were monitored at UV-21Snm. The calibration curve had a good linearity over the range of 0. 06 -0. 50ug. The recoveries were 97. 1 - 100. 3% for eight lignans. Anding (Diazepmi) was used as internal-standard.
