摘要
中药补骨脂和四神丸是临床常用药物。补骨脂素和异补骨脂素是其中两种重要活性成分,有镇静、解痉、降温、止血、抗癌和光敏等作用,国内外已广泛用于临床。四神丸中此两成分的定量方法,迄今未见报道。
A quantitative method was developed for the simultaneous determination of psoralen and isopso-ralen in fructus psoraleae and Sishen Wan by reversed phase HPLC. In this method the separation was performed on Shimpack CLC-ODS column with methanol-water (0. 6: 0. 7) as mobile phase. The detector wavelength was 295nm. The linear ranges of psoralen- and isopsoralen were 0. 072-1. 2/ug. and 0. 084-1. 3ug, and their correlation coefficients were all 0. 9999. The contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in fructus psoraleae are about 1. 4‰ and2. 0‰ and their contents in Sishen Wan are about0. 5‰ and 0. 7‰ respectively. The method is simple, precise and accurate.
