摘要
为探索和总结中西医结合治疗尺骨冠状突骨折的特点及优势 ,根据分型和受伤时间及是否伴有桡骨小头骨折和肘关节脱位等因素 ,将 6 6例尺骨冠状突骨折按分层随机的方法分为单纯内固定组和内固定加支架外固定配合中药内服外敷外洗组。随访 1～ 2年 ,结果显示内固定加外固定支架术后早期锻炼并配合中药内服外敷外洗的疗效优于单纯内固定组 ,两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。表明内外固定结合早期自主功能锻炼 ,中药早期活血祛瘀、消肿止痛 ,中后期舒筋活络、软坚散结 ,配合外敷外洗 ,能使肘关节达到既稳定又能最大限度地恢复功能的目的。
The objective of the paper is to study and sum up the characteristics and advantages of the combined TCM and WM treatment of ulnar corocoid process fracture (UCPF). According to the types, injury time and capitulum radii fracture or elbow dislocation associated with or not, 66 cases of UCPF were randomly divided into two groups: Groups I and Group II, which were treated by internal fixation alone and by comprehensive therapies, such as internal fixation, external bracket fixation and the external and internal application of TCD and washing with TCD, respectively. Through the follow-up of one or two years, the results showed that Group II had an advantage over Groups I in the therapeutic effect with a significant difference (P < 0.05), suggesting that the comprehensive therapies and early active exercises enable the elbow both to become more stable and to recover the maximum function.
