摘要
内压、轴压和径向反压三者之间的合理匹配是T形管复合胀形成败的关键。基于数据采集与处理软件DASYLab,开发了T形管复合胀形试验系统,实现了基于内压的线性轴压和线性径向反压的加载控制,为进一步实现T形管复合胀形的非线性加载控制奠定了基础。该试验系统的建立,为摸索T形管复合胀形工艺设计经验、验证T形管复合胀形加载方案的合理性以及深入分析内高压胀形的成形机理提供了实践平台。
The rational interrelation among internal pressure, axial compressive force and radial counterforce plays a key role in tee tube hydroforming. Based on data acquisition and processing software DA-SYLad, experimental system for tee tube hydroforming is developed, on which the loading control of linear axial compressive force and linear radial counterforce based on internal pressure is successfully achieved and more complex non-linear loading control for tee tube hydroforming can be realized. This experimental system is helpful to find out the process design experience and to test loading feasibility for tee tube hydroforming and it will make a positive contribution to exploring the forming mechanism of internal high pressure hydroforming.
