妊娠高血压综合征血栓前状态标志物的变化及意义

The changes and meaning of the markers of prothrombotic state in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的 探讨血栓前状态与妊娠高血压综合征 (PIH)的关系及作用。方法 使用流式细胞术(FC)及酶联免疫法 (ELISA)测定PIH患者 5 0例 (PIH组 )和正常妊娠晚期患者 15例 (对照组 )的静脉假血友病因子 (vwFAg)、血小板膜蛋白P选择素 (P selectin)、D 二聚体 (D dimer)和纤维蛋白原 (Fg)的水平变化。并对轻、中、重妊娠高血压综合征组的上述指标进行比较。结果 与对照组相比 ,重度妊娠高血压综合征组血浆vwFAg、P selectin、D dimer、Fg水平均显著升高 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 重度妊娠高血压综合征患者存在血栓前状态 ,血栓前状态与PIH有关。

Objective To explore the role of markers of prothrombotic state in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods The von willebrand factor antigen(vwFAg),soluble platelet glucoprotein(P selectin),fibrin D dimer(D dimer) and fibrinogen(Fg) were measured by ELISA and flow cytometry in 50 PIH and 15 normal controls.Results The levels of vwFAg,P selectin,D dimer,Fg in severe pregnancy induced hypertension were increased(P<0.05) compared with the control group.Conclusion There is increased markers of prothrombotic state in patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension,and it is related to prothrombotic state.
