摘要
介绍了作为表面施胶剂的改性淀粉。指出淀粉糊在固含量为18%时,可以显著提高表面强度,降低干燥负荷,提高纸机效率。同时由于固含量的提高导致淀粉渗透减少,进而使内结合强度降低,并从理论上给出了解释。
This paper introduces the modified starch as a surface sizing agent, and it also points that high solid content in the starch solution can reduce evaporation energy requirement and increase the efficiency of the paper machine. However,some reduction in internal strength of the paper can also be observed. All these can be explained by decreased penetration at an increased starch solutions solid content.
