平板运动试验阴性冠心病患者临床特点分析

Clinical Features Analysis in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease Who Had The Negative Results of Treadmill Exercise Test

目的 探讨平板运动试验阴性的冠心病患者冠状动脉病变特点。方法 对平板运动试验阴性而用冠脉造影确诊为冠心病的造影结果进行分析。结果 冠脉造影显示 2～ 3支血管病变 2 8例 (65 % ) ,其中 2 2例 (79% )血管狭窄部位相互对应 ,2支血管病变前降支和右冠状动脉占 5 0 % ;单支血管病变 15例 (3 5 % ) ,前降支占 60 % ,73 %单支血管狭窄程度为 5 0 %～ 74%。结论 对临床疑为冠心病患者 ,即使平板运动试验阴性也应及早作冠脉造影检查以明确诊断。

Objective To investigate the features of cor onary arteriography ( CAG) of patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) who had the negative results of treadmill exercise test (TET). Methods 43 patients with negative results o f treadmill exercise test were selected, and their clinical data and results of CAG were analyzed. Results Among 43 patients with CAD: 28 pa tients (65%) had p athological changes in 2 or 3 branches of blood vessel. 22 patients' (79%) patho logical changes were at the opposite sides of heart. The lesions of left anterio r descending branch (LAD) and right coronary artery (RCA) were each half. The le sions of single vessel were found in 15 patients. 60% patients had the lesions o f LAD. The lumen of blood vessel reduced to 50% to 74%. Conclusions In pa tients with CAD who had negative results of TET, CAG should be examined earlie r.
